Get Yourself Noticed in Pictures from #BlogHer

I made a pact with myself that I would take a ton of pictures at BlogHer this year.  Well, that didn’t work out so much and I only took 40 pictures (didn’t really need that extra media card, huh?). In fact, I didn’t really use my camera until the last night. Luckily friends have plenty of pictures of me doing various things and have been able to “tag” me on really special ones, like #3. Thanks Kat!

1. Be sure to stick your very long tongue out. Stick it out so long that someone notices and points.

Share Yourself

2. Be really good at sticking your tongue out and do it a lot at the same event, where essentially, everyone has a camera. Be sure to take pictures of yourself on your phone! Because one way to get noticed in pictures is to make sure your face is shot at a strange angle while you’re sticking out your tongue.

Be a leader. Make other people do what you do. Thanks Marissa, Lisa, Kat, & Barb!

3. As someone is snapping pictures, be sure you do something dorky while everyone is smiling!

Make sure no one else has a chance to do THIS when the picture is taken. Thanks a lot Lisa, Heather, Marissa, Shannon, Barb, Kat & Siobhan!

4. Get pictures of yourself with popular people, so everyone will recognize THEM. People will recognize them, then think to themselves, “Who the hell is with….”

Just Who IS That Person with Robin and Cecily?

5. If you miss the chance to make a dorky face, or stick out your tongue a lot, or even get a photo made with a popular person, just be sure you are wildly talented. Because that will help you if you are not actually present during picture taking, as you can just draw yourself in, like JC Little did, right here in this Celebratory After Aiming Low Party Photo…

Standout; stick your arm up, be sexy and unique, or lovingly cup your hand on your girl crush, or show up in your pale skin and blue dress. Show off!

The rest are off my camera but taken by seriously talented bartenders, services and friends. Thanks  y’all.

JC Little drawn by herself, y’all.
