Capture It – “April Showers Bring May Flowers”

April showers bring May flowers, but here in New York it’s been a non-stop rainy month! We still have our May flowers, they’re just awfully soggy. What’s up with that? It’s bumming me out, so I’m calling for an ultra-cheerful photo challenge this week. (I am drunk with the power.)

“April Showers Bring May Flowers”

Everyone loves flowers so this one is easy, but it doesn’t have to be boring. Stick one in your friend’s hair, find an entire flowering tree, zoom in for a macro shot of one bitty pedal, or go out to shoot the dandelions in your yard; they count, too! Let’s make it bloom on Capture It this week!

The usual rules: I give the weekly prompt each Friday and you take a photo that captures the essence of it. It can be as literal or as figurative as you’d like, and you can snap a shot with your cellphone or bust out your fancy camera – whatever you want!

Then add the link to your photo to the list!
