I love sports. I also love a good juicy scandal. Combine the two and I am in a TMZ / ESPN fueled haze of happiness.

The NFL never fails to fulfill all of my scandalous needs. There are dog killers, murderers, drunk drivers and all sorts of degenerates running around on the field every Sunday (kinda like life) and with the microscope they live under, they are eventually gonna get caught doing something. Brett Favre’s Tiny Penisgate earlier this year was the biggest sports scandal since the Tiger Woods drama, and I must admit that I reveled in his stupidity because uh, duhr? Did Tiger not teach you men nothing ? If you are doing things with someone you are not supposed to be doing them with, if you are not careful, your someone will find out. May I also add that I went to USM with Brett and have run in the same Mississippi social circles as he, and to put it nicely let me say that it couldn’t have happened to a nicer guy. *coughjackasscough*

Lately, everyone has been abuzz with the whole Rex Ryan foot fetish thing. If you didn’t know, Rex Ryan is the head coach of the New York Jets, who just beat the New England Patriots and Tom Bieber Brady to earn the top spot in the AFC East. Off the field, Rex Ryan apparently has a thing for women’s feet. And his wife plays along. They made a foot fetish video a few years ago that is now making the rounds online. Can you believe that? Not the foot part, pervs, but the fact that he made the video with his WIFE. His WIFE. Not a mistress, a call girl or a prostitute, but his WIFE.

I say YAY THEM ! Let your freak flag fly y’all. Granted, I think he’s dumb as a box of rocks for publishing the video to a fetish site, but the fact that they share this as a couple is cool. Usually when something like this is brought to light, the demise of a relationship comes with it. Many men and women go looking outside of their relationships for attention, physically and mentally, because they are not getting it from their partner. Maybe they are afraid to ask, or they were laughed at or made fun of. I love me some foot attention. Yea, I’ll admit it. Since my husband died I have to pay someone in a strip mall nail salon to pay attention to my feet, and they don’t even bring me wine first! My life. I tell ya. So look around your house tonight. You may have your own freak salon right there at home. Enjoy it.
