I find fly balls the easiest to catch! well, I did when I played years ago, I’d probably be a little scared to catch them now, I’m scared of most everything

Ah, the fear of the fly ball. So, you MAY not know about me that my team went to Nationals when I was 15 (slow-pitch). We were bad-ass. I played first base – huge shock, I know. I rarely had to deal with a fly ball.

My SIL was one of the ones that “caught” that ball with her nose…
The best part? Was when she called me a few hours later crying because the ER doc put tampons in her nose.

I will NEVER let her live that down. I’m sure she would have preferred the thumbs up cast :)
